Guidelines for Presenters

Zoom platform will be used for the paralell sessions
Each presentation has a duration of 20 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A (except if different information was privately sent to you)
No presentation template is required
A live presentation is highly encouraged. A backup presentation video should be sent to tema-ewgt2021@ua.pt by Semptember 6, 2021
The presence of the presenting author in the session is mandatory (in case of a vido presentation, to answer to audience questions)
The presenter should access the session room 10 min before its start
To access – Conference live sessions (password protected) please consider the login details that were sent by email. The login details are personal and untransferable
The parallel sessions are distributed into breakout rooms, inside the main Zoom session. Use a recent version of Zoom (only recent versions allow ‘Breakout rooms’). Using the ‘Breakout rooms’ button, select the session you wish to attend according to the Program of the conference.
Some sessions will be recorded
