Each full paper must be registered individually.
Over-length page fees: Up to 2 pages are at a cost of €100 each page
Registration Process
Both presenters and attendees are required to register and pay their registration fees before the final registration deadline. After submitting your registration form you will receive an email with an automatic confirmation of your registration and detailed payment information. Bank Transfer is the available payment method for the EWGT2021. Your registration will be completed after sending a proof of payment, as well as student ID (for student registration types only) at: tema-ewgt2021_registration@ua.pt, with the email subject EWGTPAPERIDLASTNAME (If you are registering without paper, please include: EWGT_LASTNAME) . After that, you will receive a second email confirming that we have received you payment, together with a tax receipt or invoice. If you do not receive these emails please contact us: tema-ewgt2021_registration@ua.pt

Note: If your payment will be made through a pro forma invoice, different bank details will be sent to you in response to your request.
Cancelation Policy
Requests for cancellation and refund must be notified in advance to the EWGT 2021 secretariat by e-mail at tema-ewgt2021_registration@ua.pt.
Cancellation requests can be submitted by July 31, 2021. Until this date cancellations will be fully refunded but subject to a 100€ administrative fee. After August 1, 2021 registration cancellation is non-refundable.
Transferring a registration is possible, please contact the secretariat via email for further information [tema-ewgt2021_registration@ua.pt].

Considering the current COVID-19 pandemics context, and taking into account future evolution and perspectives, the 24th Edition of Euro Working Group on Transportation Meeting will be held remotely.
